Hotel Information: Upgraded from its Wild West past, today a white-and-brass façade graces the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. Guests enter through a lobby of white-marble floors beneath recessed mirror ceilings and brass-and-glass chandeliers.

Amenity highlights: This Las Vegas hotel has it all: a casino and poker room, headliner entertainment, fine and casual dining, and a health spa with fitness equipment and salon services (surcharges). The revamped, heated outdoor pool ("The Tank") surrounds a 20,000-gallon aquarium with live sharks and has a three-story waterslide that goes right through the center. The pool area also features seven private cabanas (surcharge).

Spacious rooms at The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino are housed in an 18-story North Tower and a 22-story South Tower. Rooms in the North Tower are convenient to the casino and the Fremont Street Experience. Rooms in the South Tower are located near the parking garage, conference center, The Tank pool/aquarium, and retails stores.

Thoughtful in-room touches include sitting areas or living rooms, TVs in armoires, separate marble vanity areas with lighted makeup/shaving mirrors, and semi-canopy beds.

Rooms offer wireless and wired high-speed Internet access (surcharge, except complimentary in Gold Club rooms). Standard amenities include bathroom telephones, in-room safes, and pay movies.
