Hooters Casino Hotel

Hotel Information: Opened in 2006, Hooters Casino Hotel offers a casual ambience and Florida-themed decor. Located a block from the Strip and within three miles of the airport, the hotel attracts leisure travelers with its lively pool complex, signature restaurant, and nightclub.

Amenity highlights: A sundeck with cushioned lounge chairs houses two seasonal pools and spa tubs; fire pits are adjacent. Nipper's Pool Bar hosts a seasonal Saturday-afternoon pig-roast buffet with a steel band (surcharge), as well as live dance music daily. A 30,000-square-foot casino is on site.

Insider tip: Hooters' 1992 NASCAR championship car is on display. Kiosks with headphones show videotapes of the car in action and relate the story of the car's late driver, Alan Kulwicki.

Hooters Casino Hotel offers 696 guestrooms in a 19-story main building and a two-story bungalow building with exterior corridors and no elevators. Florida-casual decor includes pine furnishings and accents, rattan armchairs, and tables with stools.

Amenities include high-speed Internet access (surcharge), premium channels, video games (surcharge), and laptop-compatible safes.

Rollaway beds are available (surcharge).
